The patented Viking Handlebar features an innovative internal design that simplifies the installation of complete wiring harnesses. This design creates ample room within the handlebar's peak, allowing the entire wiring harness, including factory vinyl covering, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves, to pass through without chafing. The unique flaring process and burr-free internal radius further enhance clearance within the handlebar's peak. Magnum Shielding preloads the bars with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, making wiring installations even more straightforward: simply insert the wiring harness into the sleeving and pull it through. These handlebars are manufactured with high-quality construction, featuring smooth, round CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts, burr-free internal wiring holes, electronic throttle control slots, and high-luster finishes for an unsurpassed appearance. This 1-1/4" diameter handlebar has a 1” diameter center section and 3-1/2” on-center knurling and is compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches. Important to know

These handlebars are not for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models. Viking handlebars have a 1" diameter center section and fit 1" risers. Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version.
