This innovative design provides ample room, allowing the entire wiring harness, including factory vinyl covering, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves, to pass through without any chaffing. A unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius, adding extra clearance within the handlebar's peak. Pre-loaded with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, wiring installations are made even easier – simply insert the harness and pull it through. Important to know

Not for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models. Viking handlebars have a 1" diameter center section and fit 1" risers. Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version.
