Description

The patented Viking Handlebar features an internal design that simplifies the installation of complete wiring harnesses. Its unique design provides ample room for wiring, including factory vinyl coverings, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves, to pass through without chafing. A specialized flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius, offering additional clearance within the handlebar's peak. Magnum Shielding preloads the bars with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, streamlining the wiring process—simply insert the harness into the sleeving and pull it through. The 1-1/4" diameter Viking Handlebar fits 1" risers, with a 1" diameter center section and 3-1/2" on-center knurling. Constructed with smooth, round CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts, burr-free internal wiring holes, and electronic throttle control slots, this handlebar ensures lasting durability and a high-luster chrome finish. Important to know

This handlebar is not for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models. Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version.
