The Magnum Shielding Viking Handlebar Installation Kit is designed for riders seeking both style and performance. These 1-1/4" diameter handlebars feature a patented internal design, guaranteeing easy installation of complete wiring harnesses without compromising the sleek aesthetic. The innovative design provides ample space for the entire wiring harness, including factory vinyl covering, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves, to pass through effortlessly. Magnum Shielding preloads the bars with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving for even easier wiring. CNC mandrel bending ensures an accurate fit, while engineered wrist angles enhance riding comfort. These handlebars are compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches, and feature machined control mounts and burr-free internal wiring holes and electronic control slots. They have a 1" diameter center section with 3-1/2" on-center knurling for secure mounting.

Important to know

This kit includes Magnum Viking Handlebars, throttle and idle cables or Throttle-By-Wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any necessary switch or turn signal extensions. Cable and line lengths are based on 2" risers. Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version.
