Description

This 520 FB chain utilizes a fine blanking (FB) manufacturing process, which delivers incredibly precise and perfectly cut links. The tight tolerances achieved through this process result in an exceptionally strong union between the plate, pin, and bushing. Constructed from stronger alloyed steel, the FB chain boasts an impressive tensile strength of nearly 8,000 lb (35.3 kN). The special FB-ring seals are chemically treated to enhance their strength and minimize friction, while also allowing the O-rings to be thoroughly impregnated with grease. These FB-rings are demonstrably stronger and more durable than traditional X-rings, offering significantly reduced friction for optimal power transfer. With gold links and rollers, complemented by silver inner plates, pins, and bushings, this chain not only performs exceptionally but also adds a touch of style to your motorcycle. Recommended for offroad applications 450cc and above, but capable to handle engines up to 750cc.
