Description
Designed for the discerning rider, this MOOSE OFFROAD HARD-PARTS Black Vinyl Throttle Cable provides a robust and flexible solution for your motorcycle. Its premium construction begins with a black PVC outer jacket, offering maximum flexibility while resisting abrasion and environmental elements, crucial for the longevity of any motorcycle throttle cable. The inner workings feature a tightly coiled steel casing, engineered for low compression ratios, which translates to immediate and precise throttle response. For consistently smooth operation and extended service life, a pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve is integrated, minimizing friction and wear. Reliability is paramount, and all wire ends are meticulously bird-caged prior to terminal casting, providing superior pull-out resistance under rigorous use. Furthermore, EPDM molded rubber components are utilized for their high UV resistance, preventing degradation from sun exposure, while injected-molded components crafted from high-strength POM material ensure overall structural integrity. With a generous housing length of 96.5 cm (38"), this durable throttle cable is built to perform.
