Engineered for superior performance and longevity, this high-quality cable is an essential upgrade or replacement for any serious rider seeking precision and durability.
Description
The Moose Offroad Black Vinyl Throttle Cable is meticulously designed to withstand the rigors of off-road riding while delivering consistent, responsive throttle action. Its robust construction features a protective black PVC outer jacket, providing maximum flexibility and exceptional durability against abrasion, impact, and environmental elements. Beneath this resilient exterior, a tightly coiled steel inner casing ensures low compression ratios, translating directly into precise and immediate throttle response, giving you optimal control over your motorcycle. For sustained smooth operation and extended service life, a pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve minimizes friction. All wire ends are expertly bird-caged prior to terminal casting, a critical detail that provides superior pull-out resistance and enhances the cable's overall reliability. Furthermore, EPDM molded rubber components are integrated for high UV resistance and prolonged life, while injected-molded parts are manufactured from high-strength POM material, guaranteeing structural integrity and enduring performance in diverse conditions. This standard housing length, flat black finish throttle cable is built to exceed expectations.
