Ensure precise and reliable throttle control for your motorcycle with the Moose Offroad Black Vinyl Throttle Cable. Engineered for exceptional durability and smooth operation, this cable is an essential upgrade or replacement for demanding off-road conditions.
Description
Experience superior throttle response and longevity with the Moose Offroad Black Vinyl Throttle Cable, a high-quality replacement designed for the discerning rider. This durable throttle cable features a robust black PVC outer jacket, providing maximum flexibility while resisting abrasion and environmental wear. The internal steel casing is meticulously coiled for a low compression ratio, translating to a more direct and responsive feel at the throttle. To guarantee smooth, consistent action and extend the cable's lifespan, a pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve significantly reduces friction. Every wire end is "bird-caged" before terminal casting, an advanced technique that ensures superior pull-out resistance, enhancing the overall reliability of your motorcycle throttle cable. Furthermore, EPDM molded rubber components are integrated for high UV resistance and extended life, protecting against sun exposure and harsh weather. Precision-injected molded components, crafted from high-strength POM material, ensure a perfect fit and lasting performance for this essential offroad throttle control part. With a housing length of 84.5 cm (33-1/4"), this vinyl throttle cable offers a direct fit for various applications.
