The Moose Offroad Standard CV Axle is engineered to exceed OEM quality in fit, form, and function. Constructed with a precision machined and heat treated solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings, this axle boasts up to 35% greater strength than stock axles. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, each axle features induction heat-treated joints packed with high-performance moly grease for enhanced durability and smooth operation. High-strength spring steel retaining clips, where required, ensure secure assembly. This CV axle is fully assembled for easy installation, featuring precision rolled splines and threads, and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps. The Moose Offroad Standard CV Axle has been torture tested to failure to ensure maximum durability.
