Description

The Motion Pro Rev3 Variable Rate Throttle Kit features a slim REV3™ throttle housing, creating more space for lever clearance and easier adjustment of the throttle housing position. The innovative reel changing system lets you customize the throttle rate to your specific needs. Five different reels are included, allowing you to choose the perfect throttle response for any condition. Smaller reels provide a slower throttle rate, while larger reels offer faster response. A cam reel is also included for riders who prefer progressive throttle action. An improved throttle stop enhances strength and durability. The snap-together elbows make reel changes quick and easy. The kit features billet aluminum inline cable adjusters for simple installation and adjustment. The upper section of the cables utilizes 6 mm housing, providing solid support for the adjusters, while the lower section uses 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner to reduce friction, increase flexibility, and decrease weight.

Rev3 Kits have cables specifically designed for fitment on specific models, but the Rev3 throttle itself is not model specific. Therefore, in some situations, the Rev3 kit may not be a direct bolt-on installation due to space limitations on the stock handlebar. Moving other control components, shortening the Rev3 throttle tube and grip, or installing longer aftermarket handlebars may be necessary. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper function and safety. Improper installation could result in great bodily injury or death.
