Description

The Motion Pro Rev3 Variable Rate Throttle Kit features a slim throttle housing that maximizes lever clearance and allows for precise adjustment. Its innovative reel changing system lets you easily tailor the throttle rate to your preference. The kit includes five different reels, allowing you to choose between slower or faster throttle response depending on the conditions. The included cam reel provides a progressive throttle response favored by many riders. An improved throttle stop enhances strength and durability, while snap-together elbows simplify reel changes. The cable boot effectively seals out dirt and dust, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. Featuring billet aluminum inline cable adjusters that simplify installation and adjustment. The Rev3 is designed for ease of use and maintenance, providing a significant upgrade to your motorcycle's control system. The upper section of the cables uses a 6 mm housing to provide solid support of the adjusters. The lower section of the cables uses 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner for reduced friction, increased routing flexibility and lighter weight.

Important to know

The Rev3 kits have cables specifically designed for fitment on specific models, but the Rev3 throttle itself is not model specific. Therefore, in some situations, the Rev3 kit may not be a direct bolt on installation due to space limitations on the stock handlebar. In some installations, it may be necessary to move other control components on the stock handlebar, shorten the Rev3 throttle tube and grip, install longer after market handlebars, or possibly all of the above. It is up to the end user to determine the best method for fitment on their motorcycle, and ensure that the Rev3 kit is installed properly and with the correct clearances for safe operation. Installation should be done by a qualified mechanic and carefully checked for proper function. Improper installation could result in great bodily injury or death.
