The Motion Pro Rev3 Variable Rate Throttle Kit is designed to provide a customized throttle experience. Its slim REV3™ throttle housing creates additional space for lever clearance and facilitates easy adjustment of the throttle housing position. The innovative reel changing system allows riders to select from five different reels, tailoring the throttle rate to their specific needs. Smaller reels offer a slower throttle rate for enhanced control in technical terrain, while larger reels deliver a faster throttle rate for aggressive riding. A cam reel is also included, providing the progressive throttle response preferred by some riders. The improved throttle stop ensures greater strength and durability, while snap-together elbows simplify installation and reel changes. The kit features billet aluminum inline cable adjusters for easy installation and precise adjustments. The upper cable section utilizes 6 mm housing to provide solid support, while the lower section uses 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner for reduced friction, increased routing flexibility, and lighter weight. Important to know

While Rev3 Kits have cables specifically designed for fitment on specific models, the Rev3 throttle itself is not model specific. Therefore, in some situations, the Rev3 kit may not be a direct bolt on installation due to space limitations on the stock handlebar. In some installations, it may be necessary to move other control components on the stock handlebar, shorten the Rev3 throttle tube and grip, install longer after market handlebars, or possibly all of the above. It is up to the end user to determine the best method for fitment on their motorcycle and ensure that the Rev3 kit is installed properly and with the correct clearances for safe operation. Installation should be done by a qualified mechanic and carefully checked for proper function. Improper installation could result in great bodily injury or death.
