This kit features a slim REV3™ throttle housing, creating more space for lever clearance and allowing precise adjustment of throttle housing position. The innovative reel changing system allows you to tailor the throttle rate to perfectly match your riding preferences and specific riding conditions. Equipped with five different reels, the Rev3 provides optimal throttle response for any scenario. Use smaller reels for a slower throttle rate or larger reels for faster acceleration. The included cam reel provides progressive throttle response favored by many riders. The improved throttle stop offers increased strength and durability, ensuring reliable performance. Snap-together elbows make reel installation and changes quick and easy. Billet aluminum inline cable adjusters simplify installation and adjustments. The upper cable sections utilize 6 mm housing for solid adjuster support, while the lower sections feature 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner for reduced friction, enhanced routing flexibility, and lighter weight. Note that while Rev3 kits have cables specifically designed for fitment on certain models, the Rev3 throttle itself is not model-specific. Some handlebar modifications or adjustments may be necessary for proper fitment. This kit is compatible with Motion Pro DirtControl™ V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips.

Important to know

The Rev3 throttle itself is not model specific. Therefore, in some situations, the Rev3 kit may not be a direct bolt on installation due to space limitations on the stock handlebar. In some installations, it may be necessary to move other control components on the stock handlebar, shorten the Rev3 throttle tube and grip, install longer aftermarket handlebars, or possibly all of the above. It is up to the end user to determine the best method for fitment on their motorcycle and ensure that the Rev3 kit is installed properly and with the correct clearances for safe operation. Installation should be done by a qualified mechanic and carefully checked for proper function. Warning: Improper installation could result in great bodily injury or death.
