Description

The Rev3 throttle housing boasts a slim design, providing ample clearance for levers and allowing precise adjustments. Its innovative reel changing system lets you easily tailor the throttle rate to match your riding style and the terrain. Choose from five different reels to achieve the perfect throttle response – smaller reels for a slower rate, larger reels for a faster rate, and an included cam reel for progressive response. The improved throttle stop enhances strength and durability. The cable boot effectively seals out dirt and dust, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. Featuring billet aluminum inline cable adjusters, this kit facilitates easy installation and adjustment. The Rev3 is compatible with Motion Pro DirtControl™ V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips. Cables use a 6 mm upper housing and a 5 mm lower housing with a PTFE liner to reduce friction and increase routing flexibility. Note that in some cases, the Rev3 kit may not be a direct bolt-on installation due to handlebar space limitations.

While the Rev3 kits have cables specifically designed for fitment on specific models, the Rev3 throttle itself is not model specific. In some situations, installation may require moving other handlebar components, shortening the throttle tube and grip, or installing longer aftermarket handlebars. It is the user's responsibility to ensure proper fitment and clearances for safe operation. Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic.
