Description

The Rev3 Variable Rate Throttle Kit features a slim throttle housing that provides ample room for lever clearance and adjustments. The innovative reel changing system allows you to easily customize the throttle rate to your preference. Five different reels are included, offering a range of throttle responses from slower to faster, along with a cam reel for riders who prefer a progressive feel. The improved throttle stop provides greater strength and durability, while the snap-together elbows make reel changes quick and easy. Billet aluminum inline cable adjusters further simplify installation and adjustment. The cable boot effectively seals out dirt and dust, ensuring reliable and smooth operation, essential for any serious rider. Cables use a 6 mm upper section and a 5 mm lower section with a PTFE liner to minimize friction and maximize flexibility. Fits 22 mm (7/8") handlebars.

Important to know

Rev3 kits have cables specifically designed for fitment on specific models, but the Rev3 throttle itself is not model-specific. In some situations, the Rev3 kit may not be a direct bolt-on installation due to space limitations on the stock handlebar. Adjustments such as moving other control components, shortening the throttle tube and grip, or installing longer aftermarket handlebars may be necessary. Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic and carefully checked for proper function. Improper installation could result in injury or death.
