The slim REV3™ throttle housing maximizes space for lever clearance and precise throttle housing adjustments. The innovative reel changing system lets you customize the throttle rate to perfectly match your riding style and conditions. Five different reels are included, allowing you to select from slower to faster throttle rates, while the included cam reel provides a progressive throttle response favored by many riders. An improved throttle stop increases strength and durability, and snap-together elbows simplify reel changes. The billet aluminum inline cable adjusters ease installation and adjustment, ensuring a precise and responsive throttle feel. The cables are designed with a 6 mm upper housing for solid adjuster support and a 5 mm lower housing with a PTFE liner to reduce friction, increase flexibility, and minimize weight. This kit is compatible with Motion Pro DirtControl™ V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips and fits 22 mm (7/8") handlebars.

While Rev3 Kits have cables specifically designed for fitment on specific models, the Rev3 throttle itself is not model specific. In some situations, the Rev3 kit may not be a direct bolt-on installation due to space limitations on the stock handlebar. Modifications such as moving control components, shortening the throttle tube and grip, or installing longer aftermarket handlebars may be necessary. It is the user's responsibility to ensure proper fitment and clearances for safe operation. Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic and carefully checked for correct function. Improper installation can result in serious injury or death.
