Description

The Motion Pro Rev3 Variable Rate Throttle Kit features a slim REV3™ throttle housing, which provides more room for lever clearance and facilitates easy adjustment of the throttle housing position. The innovative reel changing system enables you to tailor the throttle rate to your exact preferences and riding demands. With five different reels included, you can achieve the perfect throttle response for any situation. Smaller reels provide a slower throttle rate, while larger reels deliver a faster response. The included cam reel offers a progressive throttle response favored by many riders. An improved throttle stop enhances strength and durability, and snap-together elbows make reel changes and installation easier than ever. The upper section of the cables utilizes a robust 6 mm housing to provide solid support for adjusters. The lower section features a 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner, reducing friction, increasing routing flexibility, and keeping the weight down. Billet aluminum inline cable adjusters simplify installation and adjustments.

Important to know

While Rev3 kits have cables designed for specific models, the Rev3 throttle itself is not model-specific. Therefore, in some situations, the Rev3 kit may not be a direct bolt-on installation due to space limitations on the stock handlebar. In some installations, it may be necessary to move other control components on the stock handlebar, shorten the Rev3 throttle tube and grip, install longer aftermarket handlebars, or possibly all of the above. It is up to the end user to determine the best method for fitment on their motorcycle and ensure that the Rev3 kit is installed properly and with the correct clearances for safe operation. Installation should be done by a qualified mechanic and carefully checked for proper function. Improper installation could result in great bodily injury or death.
