Description

The Rev3 Variable Rate Throttle Kit features a slim throttle housing design, which provides more clearance and adjustment options for your levers. The innovative reel changing system enables you to easily swap between five different reels, tailoring the throttle rate to your exact preference. Smaller reels deliver a slower throttle rate for enhanced control in technical sections, while larger reels provide a faster throttle rate for aggressive riding. The included cam reel offers a progressive throttle response favored by many riders.

This kit includes billet aluminum inline cable adjusters for easy installation and precise adjustments. The cable boot effectively keeps dirt and dust out, ensuring reliable and smooth operation in all conditions. The throttle stop is engineered for greater strength and durability, while the snap-together elbows simplify reel changes. The Rev3 off-road kits are compatible with Motion Pro DirtControl™ V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips.

Important to know

Rev3 Kits have cables specifically designed for fitment on specific models, but the Rev3 throttle itself is not model specific. Therefore, in some situations, the Rev3 kit may not be a direct bolt on installation due to space limitations on the stock handlebar. In some installations, it may be necessary to move other control components on the stock handlebar, shorten the Rev3 throttle tube and grip, install longer after market handlebars, or possibly all of the above. It is up to the end user to determine the best method for fitment on their motorcycle, and ensure that the Rev3 kit is installed properly and with the correct clearances for safe operation. Installation should be done by a qualified mechanic and carefully checked for proper function. Improper installation could result in great bodily injury or death.
