Description

The Moto-Master Halo brake rotor features a HALO outer ring design for even heat dispersion, preventing brake fade and maintaining optimal performance under high thermal stress. The laser-cut and precision-ground stainless steel outer ring, available in 6.0mm or 7.1mm thickness, incorporates an extra cooling slot on the external perimeter to further enhance heat management. This outer ring is securely fixed to a black anodized, CNC-machined aircraft aluminum carrier with laser-etched branding. The T-Floater system ensures precise, controlled full-floating action, allowing the rotor to self-align and maximize braking efficiency. Its pin-slot construction is designed to handle high mechanical loads with minimal wear, while the hard-anodized aluminum floaters keep the system lightweight. With a drilled braking surface, this two-piece floating rotor offers enhanced bite and consistent performance.
