The Moto-Master Halo T-Floater brake rotor features an innovative HALO outer ring design, ensuring equal heat dispersion under high thermal stress. This design also cleans the brake pad contact surface evenly, maximizing braking efficiency and extending pad life. The laser-cut and precision-ground outer ring, with a thickness of 6.0mm, incorporates an extra cooling slot on the external perimeter for enhanced thermal management. The outer ring is securely fixed to a billet CNC-machined aircraft aluminum carrier, which is black anodized and laser marked for a sleek, durable finish. The T-Floater system allows for precise, controlled full floating action, even under severe racing conditions. Its unique pin-slot construction enables high mechanical load while minimizing wear, ensuring long-lasting performance. Lightweight, hard-anodized aluminum floaters further contribute to the rotor's overall weight reduction and responsiveness.
