Crafted with an outer shell utilizing two mould sizes, the Discovery Helmet optimizes performance and fit across a wide range of head sizes, from XS to XXL. The shell integrates dyneema, aramid fiber, and carbon fiber, bonded with epoxy resin, to create a structure that is lightweight, elastic, and highly resistant to impacts. Inside, the EPS inner shell features variable densities to effectively disperse energy upon impact, enhancing overall safety. The included "Advanced Padding System" allows riders to customize the interior for a snug and comfortable fit. This kit uses breathable, hypoallergenic, and fully removable/washable materials, ensuring a fresh and comfortable experience on every ride. The scratch-resistant polycarbonate visor features a dark inner visor, controlled by a lever on the left side, for optimal visibility in varying light conditions. The helmet's ventilation system, with its large front intake, chin guard intake, and rear extractors, keeps you cool and focused.
