Description
Designed as a direct replacement, the Prox Clutch Cable is built to meet or exceed OEM specifications, providing a robust and dependable solution for your motorcycle. It features a resilient black PVC outer jacket that offers maximum flexibility and superior durability, protecting the internal components from the elements and wear. The steel inner casing is tightly coiled, meticulously engineered to achieve extremely low compression ratios, which translates to a crisp, responsive feel at the clutch lever. For sustained smooth operation and an extended service life, a pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve is integrated, minimizing friction and wear over time. All wire ends are meticulously bird-caged prior to terminal casting, a critical process that ensures superior pull-out resistance, preventing premature failure. Furthermore, the cable incorporates EPDM molded rubber components, renowned for their high UV resistance and longevity, while injected-molded parts are crafted from high-strength POM material, contributing to the overall integrity and resilience of this essential motorcycle clutch wire.
