Description
The RadiusCX 4.0 clutch kit features an updated EXP assembly with enhanced base material, offering superior strength in high-temperature environments. The internal wall bases are redesigned for increased strength and rigidity, which translates to a more connected lever feel for the rider. Friction pads on the outside of the EXP disk now match the proprietary friction design found on Rekluse TorqDrive clutch plates. This design optimizes oil flow characteristics throughout the clutch pack, promoting improved cooling and consistent operation. The EXP 4.0 wedges have been upgraded to utilize rolling contact with built-in pins. Rolling pins versus sliding minimizes friction and resistance, delivering smoother engagement, a more responsive feel, and stronger overall power delivery. Engagement curve designs have been updated to better match modern motorcycle engine characteristics, offering enhanced tuning options with varying wedge weights and EXP springs.
