This RadiusX 4.0 Clutch Kit features an updated EXP assembly with a base material formulated for superior strength in high-temperature conditions, crucial for managing clutch-generated heat. The redesigned internal wall bases offer enhanced strength and rigidity, translating to a more connected and responsive lever feel for the rider. The EXP disk's exterior now incorporates friction pads that mirror the proprietary friction design found in Rekluse TorqDrive clutch plates, which balances oil flow characteristics throughout the clutch pack for enhanced cooling and consistent performance. Further refining the design, the EXP 4.0 wedges now utilize rolling contact with integrated pins, minimizing friction and resistance compared to traditional sliding mechanisms.
