Description
The S&S Cycle Cam Chest Kit is engineered to optimize oil flow and improve tappet stability, especially in high-lift and high-rpm applications. The kit features a precision-machined billet aluminum oil pump and cam plate with a durable blue anodized finish. Independent scavenge sections for the flywheel cavity and cam chest, along with debris screens in both scavenge pickups, help maintain oil purity. An adjustable pressure relief valve allows for fine-tuning while installed. The kit includes S&S Quickee pushrods with finished pushrod tubes and S&S premium tappets, ensuring reliability and performance. Billet aluminum tappet cuffs with a hard-anodized black coating offer superior strength and resistance to distortion compared to stock components. Installation is simplified with included outer drive gears, gaskets, bearings, and hardware.
