The S&S Cycle Replacement Flywheel Assembly is expertly crafted to enhance your motorcycle's power and longevity. Fully assembled with premium S&S heavy-duty 7.659" connecting rods featuring full-width wrist pin ends, this assembly is dynamically balanced and trued to less than 0.0005" runout on pinion and sprocket shaft bearing surfaces. This precision ensures smooth operation at higher RPMs and full compatibility with gear drive cams. CNC machined from heat-treated, closed-die steel forgings, these flywheels boast 114% greater strength than late-style stock steel flywheels. The robust 1.671" diameter connecting rod crankpin is securely pressed into the flywheels, with pinion and sprocket shafts forged as integral parts of the flywheel for unmatched strength.
