Description

The Wossner Standard Series +2.00mm Piston Kit is meticulously crafted from aerospace-grade forged aluminum alloy, ensuring superior strength and a lightweight design crucial for high-performance 4-stroke motorcycle engines. With a 102.00 mm bore and a +2.00 mm oversize, this kit is designed for a 650 cc displacement, featuring an optimal 8.3:1 compression ratio. Each piston boasts an advanced molybdenum disulphite (Moly) skirt coating, significantly reducing friction and preventing piston rock for quieter operation and improved longevity. This permanent coating also aids in the critical break-in process, extending the life of your engine. Wossner's optimized machining techniques contribute to a lighter piston without compromising strength in vital areas like the crown and skirt wall cross-section, guaranteeing consistent power delivery and enduring reliability under demanding conditions. This comprehensive motorcycle piston kit includes the piston, high-quality nitride coated steel and cast rings, a robust pin, and clips, providing everything needed for a complete and confident engine rebuild or upgrade.
